Due to the availability of our major wholesalers, fresh flower orders must be received in advance to our wholesalers and it is more difficult to accommodate specific custom requests.   If you do have any additional information or custom requests please call LeFleur at 309.444.1555

In addition, we cannot guarantee that the exact florals pictured in the inspiration will be used but our team of designers will maintain a similar look and vibe or equal or greater value.  Orders that are received earlier will receive first priority to fulfill orders.  

We cannot guarantee delivery times although they will be delivered during normal business hours.  If it is a place of work please specify by including the business name to alert our team that a work schedule should be considered when routing the deliveries.

Satisfaction Guarantee:  We want you to love your flowers and enjoy them for as long as possible.   If your floral design does not meet your expectations, please contact LeFleur at 309.444.1555 within 48 hours of receiving your flowers for a replacement.   You must water your flowers upon arrival as some water may splash out during delivery.   Flowers drink water at a rapid pace and in order to keep them fresh, please flood the vase with water under the sink to flush out the old water and top off the vase.  If you notice a flower starting to fail, please remove it from the vase and give it a fresh cut before placing it back into the design.
